Responsibilities

• Ensure guest rooms are clean and tidy according to hotel standards.
• Document rooms cleaned and report lost items or damages.
• Keep lobby, hallways, and restrooms clean and stocked with supplies.
• Reply to general questions from guests.
• Vacuum, mop, make beds, dust and polish furniture, stock toiletries, and do laundry as needed.
