Job summary

Eagle Mountain International Church, Inc. is seeking a reliable housekeeping assistant to support team members and visitors by maintaining a clean, safe environment. The role involves restroom cleaning, floor care, dusting, and general upkeep across multiple church areas.

Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. The position may require overtime and filling in when staff are out, under supervision by the hospitality leadership.

Qualifications

• May be required to fill in when someone is out.
• All other duties as assigned by Lead Housekeeper or Hospitality Manager or Assistant Manager or Supervisor

• Clean second floor back hallway.
• Fill in as necessary when someone is out.
• Work overtime as needed.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

POSITION SUMMARY

Works under minimal supervision performing basic housekeeping duties to provide a safe and clean environment for Kenneth Copeland Ministries’ team members and visitors.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Cleaning and restocking restrooms in various areas of the ministry
• Sweeping and mopping floors
• Vacuuming carpet using both standard size vacuum and “Big vac ”
• Dusting all common areas and Supervisor’s and Director’s offices
• Cleaning and vacuuming stairways
• Cleaning Dining Room tables and vacuuming Dining room carpet
• Clean second floor back hallway
• Fill in as necessary when someone is out
• Work overtime as needed
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Requires normal range of hearing and vision
• Must be able to pull, push, stand, sit, stoop, bend, reach, move, operate or carry equipment
• Requires manual dexterity sufficient to use hand tools
• Available to work overtime as needed

WORKING CONDITIONS

• Work in an office environment performing housekeeping duties

• Born again believer and must adhere to the doctrines of this organization as upheld by Kenneth and Gloria Copeland and their appointed representatives
• Must work well with others, as a team and according to Romans 16:17, must not cause dissension, difficulties and divisions
• Must maintain a good attendance record
• Because of the wide range of personal contact with ministry leaders within and outside the organization, this position requires considerable diplomacy, maturity, and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work with people of all cultures
