Job summary

Sunrise Senior Living, LLC is seeking a Housekeeper in New York, NY to help create clean, safe, and welcoming environments for residents, families, and staff. Responsibilities include cleaning suites and common areas, maintaining laundry, and following safety protocols.

You will contribute to comfort, dignity, and safety across the community with respectful interactions and adherence to infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident suites, bathrooms, common areas, and offices
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize assigned areas
• Clean and polish fixtures, furniture, and surfaces
• Knock before entering resident rooms and respect privacy
• Collect trash and maintain clean disposal areas
• Sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute community laundry
• Inspect linens for wear and follow replacement procedures
• Store chemicals safely and follow infection control standards
• Keep carts, equipment, and hallways clear and compliant
