Amber Court of Smithtown is seeking dedicated housekeepers to join our Assisted Living team. The role involves cleaning resident apartments thoroughly on a weekly basis and performing light daily cleaning, with a schedule from Sunday to Thursday, 8:00am–4:30pm, in Smithtown, NY.

Applicants should have working knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and products, with emphasis on cleanliness, safety and infection control. Benefits include 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off.

Come join our Assisted Living Team at Amber Court of Smithtown! We are looking for dedicated housekeepers.

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8:00am-4:30pm

Rate: $17.00/hour

Responsibilities:

• The prospective Candidate will be responsible for assigned resident apartments to be Cleaned thoroughly weekly, with light cleaning daily.

• Responsible for cleanliness, general appearance, safety and prevention of cross contamination as it pertains to infection control.

• Should have working knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment and products.

Working Conditions:

• Requires frequent bending, reaching, and stooping when cleaning rooms.

• Must be able to lift, push, or the housekeeping cart weighing up to 10 pounds.
