Job summary

TriStar Summit Medical Center is seeking an Environmental Services I Hospitality Associate responsible for cleaning areas of the facility in alignment with leadership expectations. The role emphasizes safety, sanitation, and maintaining professional appearance while delivering compassionate care.

The position requires adherence to cleaning standards, collaboration with leadership, and proactive identification of underserved areas to improve service efficiency and reduce waste within the center.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in healthcare; preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or service-related field; preferred.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to work evening shift between 2PM-11:30PM.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation expectations.
• Maintain uniform and personal appearance standards at all times.
• Report hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources to eliminate waste.

Job Summary And Qualifications

What you will do in this role:

• Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions.
• Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement.
• Identify under-serviced and/or unserviced areas and how services can be provided.
• Adapt cleaning processes to add efficiency and effectiveness around the center.
• Correctly utilize all supplies and resources at all times to eliminate waste.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate or Equivalent. Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in healthcare Preferred
• 1 + years of experience in housekeeping or service related field Preferred
