Job summary

Napa Valley Care Center in Napa, CA is seeking a dependable Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, families, and staff. You will clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas, restock supplies, and follow infection control procedures in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping, environmental services, hospitality, or janitorial preferred.
• Healthcare or skilled nursing experience is a plus but not required.
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry housekeeping equipment and supplies.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Restock housekeeping supplies as needed.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests.
• Work collaboratively with nursing and other departments to ensure resident satisfaction.
