Job summary

Solitude Mountain Resort is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to maintain the cleanliness and comfort of guest condominiums within a stunning mountain setting. You will thoroughly clean rooms, restock amenities, and ensure all areas meet our high standards of hospitality.

You will report damages, missing items, or suspicious activity to management, while delivering exceptional guest service and teamwork with other resort staff.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated understanding of customer service principles aligned with Solitude’s standards.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Capacity to multitask, prioritize responsibilities and respond to issues.
• Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms thoroughly, including kitchens, bathrooms, windows, floors and furniture.
• Remove used linens, trash, and any items left behind by guests.
• Restock rooms with required amenities and ensure housekeeping carts are stocked.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and concerns.
• Report damages or missing items to management.
• Turn in lost and found items to the manager immediately.
• Complete all tasks before end of shift and support lodging operations.
