Pyramid Healthcare Poconos in Moscow, PA is seeking a dependable, full-time Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors. Join a supportive healthcare team that values attention to detail and reliability.

You will clean patient rooms and clinical areas, change linens, restock supplies, empty trash, and ensure infection control procedures are followed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize patient rooms, clinical areas, offices, lounges, restrooms, hallways, and common spaces.
• Change and replace linens in client rooms following discharge.
• Restock bathrooms and supply areas with linens, toiletries, and other essentials.
• Empty trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Complete assigned cleaning checklists accurately and on time.
• Follow infection control procedures, safety guidelines, and standard precautions.
• Use cleaning chemicals and supplies according to company procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness throughout the facility.
• Assist with additional housekeeping duties as needed.

Physical Requirements

This role requires standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and work in a healthcare environment where exposure to illnesses or behavioral health situations may occur.
