Job summary

Merrill Gardens at Monterey is seeking a Senior Living Housekeeper to clean and maintain resident apartments and common areas on a Sunday–Thursday schedule, ensuring a clean, respectful living environment for residents.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of housekeeping experience in similar settings and a high school diploma or GED, with the ability to obtain First Aid/CPR certification. We offer comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

• One to two years of housekeeping experience in a similar environment, preferred.
• Experience working with seniors or in a customer service focused environment helpful.
• Ability to obtain First Aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly cleaning and providing daily upkeep of resident apartments and common areas.
• Providing a high level of customer service to all residents and guests.
• Reports needed supplies to appropriate designee and coordinating housekeeping services with other departments.
• Other duties as assigned.

Actual pay rate within stated pay range is determined based on relevant factors in compliance with state and local wage laws. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to pay upon hire.
