Job summary

Apartment Management Consultants (AMC) is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper in Missoula. You will maintain cleanliness of property buildings and grounds, preparing vacant units and upkeeping common areas.

Responsibilities include reporting issues, ensuring professional appearance, and adhering to safety policies. Prior housekeeping experience and strong customer service are preferred in a fast-paced environment.

• High level of customer service.
• Ability to follow directions and ensure task completion.

Housekeepers are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of property buildings and grounds in a supportive role.

Responsibilities Include

• Prepare vacant units for occupancy
• Take responsibility for the daily upkeep of the clubhouse and common areas of property buildings
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents
• Maintain the required property uniform and ensure a professional appearance and attitude at all times
• Respond courteously and efficiently at all times
• Be aware of and operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of management company policies and property community policies

Requirements

• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• High level of customer service
• Ability to follow directions and follow up to ensure completion of tasks
• Housekeeping experience preferred

Compensation

Full-Time $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
