What You Will Do

• Maintain a clean, positive environment for guests and teammates.
• Ensure exceptional guest experiences by providing friendly and courteous service.
• Perform hotel cleaning tasks to keep rooms clean according to established standards.
• Visually inspect rooms to identify maintenance items.
• Assist guests with linens, towels, amenities or information as requested.
• Help with laundry and clean public spaces as needed.
• Support guests and coworkers with a Service+1 attitude.

Requirements

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Knowledge, skill and mental ability equivalent to completion of 2 years of high school.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, push, vacuum, reach, stretch, bend, and lift 25‑35 lbs intermittently.
• Ability to work independently and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Positive attitude and dedication to excellent customer service.

Additional Qualifications

• Work Saturdays and Sundays may be required.

Responsibilities (Spanish)

• Mantener un ambiente limpio y positivo para los huéspedes y compañeros de equipo.

Qualifications (Spanish)

• Capacidad para caminar, estar de pie, empujar, pasar la aspiradora, alcanzar, estirarse, y agacharse en las actividades diarias de trabajo.
• Capacidad de levantar 25‑35 libras de forma intermitente durante la jornada laboral.
• Capacidad de trabajar sin supervisión directa y seguir instrucciones verbales y escritas.
• Actitud positiva y deseo de proporcionar un servicio excelente al cliente.
