Job summary

Milford Hospitality Group is seeking a diligent Housekeeper to maintain our hotel. You will work with a team of cleaning professionals across guest rooms and public areas, following established schedules.

Candidates with prior cleaning experience are preferred, but we are willing to train motivated team players. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, restocking supplies, handling laundry, and reporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy hotel rooms, hallways, lobbies, and public areas.
• Dust and polish surfaces and furniture.
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors; empty trash.
• Change linens and towels; replace toiletries; provide laundry services.
• Restock supplies and report maintenance issues.
• Collaborate with housekeeping team to follow daily schedule.

You will work with a team of cleaning professionals and may be assigned to different shifts each week. Our hotel staff prides itself on providing outstanding hospitality to our guests, and your housekeeping services are a significant part of this. Housekeeper Duties and Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy up hotel rooms, hallways, elevators, lobbies, common areas, fitness and business centers, and restaurants
• Dust and polish various surfaces and furniture
• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
• Empty trash bins
• Change linens and towels and replace toiletries
• Provide laundry services for guests
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to complete the daily cleaning schedule
• Restock cleaning supplies in the hand cart
• Report any issues that require maintenance
