Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to hotel standards.
• Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop floors, and dust surfaces.
• Replenish guest room supplies, including toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and equipment in a clean and organized manner.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures.
• Ensure privacy and security of guests and hotel property.
• Assist with laundry and linen services as required.
• Respond to guest requests in a courteous and timely manner.
