Job summary

Shamin Hotels is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms, hallways and public spaces in our Virginia properties. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing supplies, vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and sanitizing areas.

The role emphasizes guest service, safety, and timely performance of duties with adherence to company policies. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, basic reading/writing/math skills, and prior hotel housekeeping experience.

Responsibilities

• Make beds and replenish supplies.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, restrooms and other areas.
• Vacuum, dust, mop, and clean surfaces.
• Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.
• Abide by safety and company policies; maintain uniform and punctuality.
• Greet guests warmly and assist with needs.
• Perform related duties as assigned.

Cleaning rooms includes duties such as refilling supplies, sanitizing equipment, or making beds.
