Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Midland, TX is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to help maintain cleanliness, safety, and comfort for residents. You will work with minimal supervision to clean rooms, common areas, and offices, ensuring supplies are stocked and stored properly.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant experience. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans room as assigned, including dusting, polishing, vacuuming, and changing linens.
• Cleans, details, and refills supplies for all assigned areas.
• Maintains clean, organized work areas and stores equipment securely.
• Relates to residents in a courteous, understanding, and cooperative manner.
• Cleans office areas and other common areas according to schedule.
• Assists with inventory and orders of housekeeping supplies as needed.

Housekeepers not only help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and general safety of the community, they get the opportunity to bond with our residents on a daily basis and help make a difference in their lives.
