Job summary

CareCore at Mentor is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. Candidates must be available to work every other weekend and will be cross-trained in our Laundry Department.

You will clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas, while following infection control guidelines and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Available to work every other weekend
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Dependable, team-oriented, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and common areas
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and infection control throughout the facility
• Assist with laundry duties including washing, drying, folding, and distributing linens
• Properly handle cleaning supplies and laundry equipment
• Follow facility safety procedures and infection prevention guidelines
• Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure resident comfort and satisfaction
