Job summary

Rogue Valley Manor in Medford, Oregon is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and staff. You will perform routine cleaning of resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces, and complete deep cleaning and special projects with high sanitation standards.

Follow established safety guidelines, work independently or with a team, and contribute to a positive, resident-focused workplace.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Friendly, professional, and comfortable working with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine housekeeping services across the community, including resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.

Our community provides a full continuum of care and a strong commitment to service excellence. We are seeking a Housekeeper to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, guests, and team members.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide routine housekeeping services throughout the community, including cleaning resident apartments, common areas, and assigned spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning and special projects while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively while following established guidelines and procedures.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work areas while supporting a positive, resident-focused environment.
• Follow safety procedures, respond appropriately during emergencies, and perform other duties as assigned.

Monday – Friday

About You

• Previous experience in housekeeping, cleaning, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and safety practices.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards.
