Job summary

McGregor Wellness & Rehabilitation in McGregor, TX is seeking a reliable Housekeeper/Environmental Services Aide to maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces per facility protocols.

You will operate housekeeping equipment safely, support infection control, respect residents' privacy, and help create a warm, dignified environment with flexible Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Ability to follow schedules, policies, and safety guidelines.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces.
• Perform daily and deep cleaning tasks per facility protocols and standards.
• Use housekeeping equipment (vacuums, buffers, shampooers, etc.) safely and correctly.

About the Role:

As a Housekeeper/Environmental Services Aide, you will maintain cleanliness throughout resident rooms, common areas, and workspaces, performing daily and deep cleaning tasks per facility protocols and standards.
