Job summary

Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center in Mason City, IA is seeking a part-time Housekeeper for the 1st shift (6a-2p) with every-other weekend. You will help maintain a clean, safe environment for residents by performing cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the facility, following infection control standards and using housekeeping tools and chemicals.

Minimum requirement is 11th grade education, with prior housekeeping experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

As a Housekeeper you are instrumental in maintaining the cleanliness and infection control standards of our resident’s environment. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Heritage Care & Rehabilitation Center by cleaning and sanitizing all areas of the facility and operating housekeeping related tools, chemicals and equipment. Our residents will depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to ensure a clean and safe environment.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have

As a minimum, an eleventh (11th) grade education. Prior Housekeeping experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferable but we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
