Job summary

The JOY FM is seeking a detail-oriented housekeeping team member in Martinez, CA. Responsibilities include cleaning rooms and offices, dusting, making beds, mopping and vacuuming, while handling cleaning equipment with safety protocols.

Typical schedule is Monday–Friday with some Saturday shifts; starts at $16/hour during training, with wage increases based on performance and attendance, plus holiday pay and PTO benefits.

Qualifications

• Criminal background check required.

• Key responsibilities as follows, general room/bathroom cleaning, dusting, making beds, mopping, vacuuming, duties involve equipment care and ensuring consistent cleanliness standards while working in a team setting.

Monday - Friday work schedule and Saturday work available for those with flexible schedules. No nights. Hourly rate is $16/hour during the training process. Wage increase solely on performance/attendance and ability to follow direction and policies. Paid drive time, holiday pay time off, earned PTO, annual team vacation, attendance bonuses, health and wellness program.

Qualifications

Require attention to detail, physical stamina to stand/work on your feet, and adherence to safety/cleaning protocols for creating a tidy and hygienic environment in offices and residential homes. Ability to follow instructions, knowledge of cleaning products. Great attitude and professionalism. Experience in housekeeping and related field preferred but not needed.
