Job summary

Atrium Centers in Mansfield, Ohio is hiring a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports resident comfort, dignity, and well-being every day.

You will clean resident rooms, maintain interior and exterior areas, follow sanitation and safety standards, and interact respectfully with residents, families, and team members. This role contributes to a supportive, compassionate community where every task helps residents feel at home.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor.
