You will clean resident rooms under supervision, maintain interior and exterior areas, follow sanitation standards, and interact respectfully with residents, families, and team members. This employee-owned organization values compassionate care and reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or larger institution (preferred).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents and families.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Reliable attendance and dependability.

Responsibilities
