Responsabilités

• Perform detailed apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, counters, floors, windows, and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize common areas and shared spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and wipe down surfaces.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Empty trash and dispose of debris throughout the community.
• Maintain cleanliness of shared amenities and high-traffic areas.
• Monitor common areas for cleaning needs and address spills promptly.
• Pick up trash and debris throughout property grounds.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and notify when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Help maintain curb appeal and professional appearance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Perform detailed apartment turnover cleaning, including kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, cabinets, counters, floors, windows, and fixtures to ensure apartments are clean and move-in ready
• Clean and sanitize common areas, including hallways, lobbies, stairwells, elevators, fitness centers, community rooms, offices, and other shared spaces
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wipe down surfaces, and clean windows and glass as needed
• Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies as necessary
• Empty trash receptacles and properly dispose of trash and debris throughout the community
• Maintain cleanliness of shared amenities and high-traffic areas throughout the day
• Monitor common areas for cleaning needs and address spills, messes, or other housekeeping concerns promptly
• Pick up trash and debris throughout the property grounds and exterior common areas
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment and notify the appropriate team member when supplies need to be replenished
• Follow proper cleaning, sanitation, and safety procedures when using cleaning products and equipment
• Help maintain the overall curb appeal and clean, professional appearance of the community
• Assist the maintenance and property teams with light cleaning or property upkeep tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, custodial, or professional cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Ability to follow cleaning instructions, product guidelines, and safety procedures
• Ability to perform physical tasks including walking, lifting, bending, reaching, kneeling, and standing for extended periods
