Job summary

Resort Lifestyle Communities is seeking a Full-Time Housekeeper in Louisville, KY to maintain a comfortable, welcoming home for residents. You will build genuine connections with residents, guests, and team members while performing cleaning tasks.

Key responsibilities include personalized cleaning, regular resident housing upkeep, and deep cleaning after move-outs. The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and hospitality in a resort-style community.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping in hospitality, commercial or residential settings preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.
• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Welcome new residents and learn their cleaning preferences. Adjust apartment cleaning to meet individual needs and expectations.
• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, kitchens and bathrooms, linens, trash, and seasonal tasks like window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure readiness for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas, use approved cleaning products and PPE, and wash/dry/maintain linens promptly.

About The Role

As a Full-Time Housekeeper, your work goes beyond cleaning; you’ll help maintain a comfortable and welcoming home for residents. Through your impactful work, you’ll build genuine connections with residents, guests, and fellow team members.

What We’re Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work Monday-Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm.
• Experience in housekeeping in a hospitality, commercial or residential setting preferred.
• Ability to read, speak and understand basic English.

• Clean residents’ apartments and community spaces on a regular schedule. Tasks include vacuuming, mopping, dusting, cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, changing linens, emptying trash, and completing seasonal tasks such as window and patio cleaning and HVAC filter changes.
• Perform deep cleaning of apartments after residents move out and care for vacant apartments to ensure they are clean and ready for new residents.
• Clean and prepare model apartments and guest suites by vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, washing linens, restocking supplies, and checking HVAC areas.
• Keep common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.
• Maintain housekeeping carts, closets, and storage areas in a clean and organized way. Use only approved cleaning products and tools and follow PPE safety guidelines. Wash, dry, and care for housekeeping linens in a timely manner.
