What You'll Do:

• Clean resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas while maintaining resident privacy.
• Sweep and clean rugs, carpets, furniture, and draperies.
• Dust furniture in common areas and resident rooms.
• Empty wastebaskets and transport waste to disposal areas.
• Assist the Maintenance Director in preparing apartments for new residents.
• Maintain resident rights to the best of your ability.
• Participate in all required training, orientation, meetings, and programs.

General Working Conditions:

• Housekeepers report directly to the Executive Director.
• This is a part-time weekend position, with flexible shift times.
• While working an 8-hour shift, expect to spend a lot of time on your feet.
