Role Overview

A housekeeper performs cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, ensuring all rooms meet resort standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms, cabins, cottages, communal areas, and bathhouses, including dusting, linen changes, bathroom sanitation, kitchen cleaning, trash removal, vacuuming, and floor cleaning.
• Ensure rooms exceed standards and are guest-ready.
• Support laundry operations, including washing, drying, folding, and sorting.
• Make beds and provide onsite guest support with a high-quality customer service approach.
• Collaborate with other departments to exceed guest expectations.
• Follow health and safety rules and company policies.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-manicured property.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain reliable attendance.

Work Environment

The role involves standing, walking, handling objects, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18
• At least 1 year of hospitality housekeeping experience

Physical Requirements

• Similar to the above physical demands, including lifting requirements.
