Job summary

Maui Resort Rentals in Lahaina, Hawaii is seeking a detail-oriented Housekeeper to support vacation rental properties with cleanliness and guest satisfaction. You will perform daily cleans, restocks, and respond quickly to guest needs in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

You will work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and guest experience teams, follow safety protocols, and maintain organized work areas, ensuring high standards between guest stays and during turnover.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily cleans and tasks on time to quality standards.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping Manager and Guest Experience teams to meet guest needs.
• Perform departure cleans, mid-stay refreshes, towel/linen refreshes and deep cleans as assigned.
• Report maintenance issues via the company app.
• Coordinate with Engineers and Houseman to meet guest and owner needs.
• Keep work area clean and tidy at end of shift.

Maui Resort Rentals is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Housekeeper to support the daily operations of our vacation rental properties. This role plays a key part in delivering an exceptional guest experience through cleanliness, responsiveness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, takes pride in a job well done, and enjoys working in a dynamic hospitality environment.

DUTIES

As Housekeeper, you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Execute daily cleans and assigned tasks on time while meeting quality standards and expectations of the company.
• Work closely with the Housekeeping Manager and Guest Experience teams to address and fulfill guest needs.
• Perform various types of cleaning tasks as assigned, including:
  • Departure Cleanings – Thorough cleans between guest stays
  • Tidy Service – Mid-stay refreshes and general tidying
  • Towel/Linen Refreshes – Restocking and changing of towels and linens
  • Deep Cleans – Periodic intensive cleanings of properties
• Report maintenance issues using proprietary company app
• Communicate with Engineers and Houseman to ensure all guest and owner needs are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure it's tidied before the end of each shift.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Able to lift, push, pull and carry a minimum weight of approximately 25lbs

• Able to tolerate exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals
