Job summary

Aegis Living in Kirkland, WA is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. This role offers daytime hours Tuesday through Saturday, 7:00am–3:00pm, with growth opportunities and a team-focused workplace.

You’ll clean resident rooms and common areas, handle laundry and linens, and contribute to resident and family satisfaction through strong communication and teamwork. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Must be compassionate and respectful to seniors.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Personable, energetic, and hardworking.
• Previous housekeeping or senior-care experience is a plus.
• Must be willing to take a 2-step TB test.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms and common areas.
• Wash laundry and provide clean linen and towels.
• Communicate effectively with residents and team.
• Demonstrate good time management and organization.
• Support resident and family satisfaction.
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do:

• Clean resident rooms and common areas
• Wash laundry items and provide clean linen and towels
• Communicate effectively
• Practice effective team behavior
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal relationships
• Organization and effective time management
• Build resident and family satisfaction
• Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director
