Job summary

Hyatt Centric Key West is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to uphold Hyatt brand standards by cleaning guest rooms and assisting guests with courteous service. The role involves bed making, linen changes, replenishing supplies, and maintaining spotless bathrooms throughout shifts that typically start around 8:30 a.m. and last about 8 hours.

Open availability including weekends and holidays is required. This full-time hourly position includes benefits such as paid time off,

Qualifications

• Desire to provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong verbal communication with guests.
• Ability to lift and move standard hotel equipment and supplies.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.
• Previous hotel cleaning experience preferred (not required).

Join our Housekeeping team at Hyatt Centric Key West and help create exceptional guest experiences by ensuring every room is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. As a Room Attendant, you'll play an essential role in delivering the high standards of cleanliness and hospitality our guests expect.

What You'll Do

• Clean assigned guest rooms and bathrooms to Hyatt brand standards.
• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and amenities, dust, mop, and vacuum.
• Report maintenance concerns and guest items left behind.
• Use a mobile device to manage your daily room assignments.
• Keep housekeeping equipment clean and organized.
• Work closely with fellow housekeeping colleagues while providing friendly service to guests when needed.

Schedule

This is a full-time, hourly position requiring open availability, including weekends and holidays. Typical shifts begin at 8:30 a.m. and are generally 8 hours, depending on business needs.

Qualifications
