Job summary

Capstone Real Estate Investments, LLC seeks a dedicated Housekeeper in Kent, Ohio to maintain cleanliness of vacant apartments, model unit(s), leasing office and common areas at our apartment community.

You will report to the Community Manager and work to provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors. This role requires proficiency in English and willingness to work weekends or overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Broad-based experience in housekeeping.
• Proficient communicating in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors.
• Clean apartments as needed, including model unit(s) daily.
• Clean all amenity areas including lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeways, and stairways daily.
• Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal.
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate.
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned.

Summary

Under the supervision of the Community Manager the Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vacant apartments, model apartment, leasing office, and common areas of the apartment community.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents, guests, employees and contractors
• Clean apartments as needed, including model unit(s) on a daily basis.
• Clean all amenity areas including, but not limited to: lobbies, lounges, offices, restrooms, business center, fitness center, recreation room, corridors, breezeways, and stairways daily
• Assist maintenance and management as necessary to ensure curb appeal
• Coordinate housekeeping responsibilities during move-out/move-in assisting contractors and vendors as appropriate
• All other miscellaneous duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Broad-based experience in all aspects of housekeeping.
• Proficient communicating in English.
• Ability to work weekends or overtime as job requires.

Working Conditions

Work is typically performed in an indoor environment; exposure to dust, grease, noise, fumes, noxious odors, and cleaning chemicals. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to walk, stand, and sit for prolonged periods of time; to frequently stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, reach, twist, grasp, and make repetitive hand movement in the performance of daily duties; to lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight; to operate assigned equipment and vehicles; and to verbally communicate to exchange information.
