Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team at a luxury apartment complex in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that vacant units are prepared to the highest standards for new residents, as well as maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas.

Key Responsibilities Of The Housekeeper

• Perform thorough cleaning and sanitization of vacant apartment units, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Execute make-ready tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces to create a welcoming environment for prospective residents.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, fitness centers, and lounges.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
• Assist in inventory management of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
  
  

Qualifications Of The Housekeeper

• 1+ year experience in housekeeping, preferably in a residential or hospitality setting.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
