Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our team in Ironwood, MI. You will help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment that supports resident comfort and well-being each day.

You’ll work under the Housekeeping Supervisor, following cleaning and safety standards to protect residents and staff. As part of a 100% employee-owned organization, you will contribute to a caring, supportive community with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in a long-term care facility or similar setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with residents and families.
• Ability to relate positively and respectfully to residents.
• Reliable attendance and dependable team member.
• Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident rooms under the direction of the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Maintain cleanliness of interior and exterior areas throughout the center
