Full-time Housekeeper needed for our growing team. Day shift available.

Position Summary

The Housekeeper provides services with a hospitality focus, adhering to all laws, regulations, and Century Park standards. Reports to the Housekeeping and Laundry Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior healthcare experience preferred

Primary Job Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned areas within prescribed time using proper cleaning products, including occupied and vacant units, patios, decks, common areas, offices, lobbies, elevators, lounges, restrooms, laundry room, and dining areas.
• Performs vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, window/glass cleaning, sanitizing, and polishing/conditioning wood surfaces.
• Stocks cleaning carts appropriately and notifies supervisor of low supplies.
• Stores equipment, tools, and supplies properly.
• Informs supervisors of bulb replacement needs.
• Reports repairs, mechanical or equipment issues to supervisor.
• Reports any questionable resident behaviors or unacceptable conditions to supervisor.
• Reports resident concerns or complaints to supervisor.
