Job summary

Houston Towers in Houston, TX seeks a reliable Independent Contractor for weekend room cleaning and property maintenance. Tasks include cleaning guest rooms and maintaining common areas, with work on Fridays, Saturdays, and/or Sundays as occupancy allows.

Compensation is paid per completed result: $18 per cleaned room and $20 per shift for common areas, plus a $100 monthly attendance bonus for zero quality complaints. Must speak basic English and operate as a 1099 contractor.

• Personal bags and personal phone use are restricted during shifts.

A premium Boutique Guest House in Houston (Zip Code 77004 - Museum District/Midtown area) is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Independent Contractor for weekend room cleaning and property maintenance. No experience necessary, we provide training.

Schedule:

• Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday mornings based on occupancy.

Pay (Paid per completed result):

• $18.00 per cleaned guest room (includes bedroom, bathroom, adjacent hallway, and stairs).
• $20.00 flat rate per shift for maintaining common areas.

(Efficient cleaners can easily earn the equivalent of $18-$25+/hr depending on speed!).

EXTRA:

$100.00 Monthly Bonus for perfect attendance and zero quality complaints!

Requirements:

• LANGUAGE: Must speak and understand BASIC ENGLISH to receive tasks. Cell phone translators are not allowed during shifts.
• High attention to detail (checking windowsills, scrubbing white handrails, checking lightbulbs).
• Personal bags and personal phone use are strictly banned during work shifts.
• 48-hour notice required for any absences.
• Operates as a 1099 Independent Contractor.
