Kahala Nui in Honolulu, Hawaii is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment throughout the healthcare community. The role includes cleaning resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, dining spaces, offices, and other areas while following health and infection-control standards to support resident comfort and well-being.

The Housekeeper will collaborate with the Kahala Nui team and residents, help train new staff, and participate in ongoing training.

Qualifications

• TB clearance is required.

• Clean and sanitize assigned areas according to schedules.
• Sweep, dust, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors and carpets.
• Collect and dispose of trash and refuse.
• Clean bathrooms, showers, sinks, fixtures, and replenish supplies.
• Dust and clean furniture, lamps, surfaces, and woodwork.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies.
• Report maintenance and supply needs to management.
• Respond to resident requests courteously and promptly.
