Job summary

TidePointe, a Vi Community, is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to maintain resident apartments and common spaces on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Compensation ranges from $18.98 to $22.78 per hour based on experience, with a strong focus on infection control and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment preferred.
• Available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm.
• Weekends and holidays required as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs.
• Make beds with clean linen.
• Empty, clean and replace liners in waste containers.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.

Responsibilities

**Housekeeper**

An Opportunity Exists On Our Highly Accomplished Housekeeping Team. The Selected Candidate Will Have Responsibility For Cleaning Resident Apartments As Well As Common Areas And Interior Space. This Includes, But Is Not Limited To

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming
