Job summary

Vi Living in Aventura, FL is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to join our housekeeping team. You will be responsible for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior spaces, including beds, fixtures, and waste management.

Hours are typically 7:30 am–4:00 pm or 8:00 am–4:30 pm, with weekends and holidays required. A valid driver’s license and infection control awareness are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience in Hospitality, Healthcare, Environmental Services or Senior Living Environment.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must possess a valid and current driver's license, where applicable.
• Hours are 7:30 am - 4 pm or 8 am - 4:30 pm.
• Weekends and holidays will be required as needed.
• Compliance with Florida Care Provider Background Screening process.

Responsibilities

• Clean resident apartments and common areas.
• Clean fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs.
• Make beds with clean linen.
• Empty waste containers and replace liners.
• High/low dusting.
• Sweep, mop and vacuum.

Housekeeper

An opportunity exists on our highly accomplished housekeeping team. The selected candidate will have responsibility for cleaning resident apartments as well as common areas and interior space. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Cleaning fixtures, sinks, toilets and tubs
• Making beds with clean linen
• Emptying, cleaning waste containers and replacing liners
• High/low dusting
• Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming

Qualifications

• Capable of operating and maintaining all housekeeping / laundry equipment
• Demonstrated knowledge of Infection Control, Hazardous Waste, and Disaster Plans

Pay Range

USD $16.51 - USD $19.39 /Hr.
