Claiborne Senior Living in Hattiesburg, MS is seeking a Housekeeper to maintain clean, safe, and welcoming spaces for residents, families, and team members. The role supports comfort, dignity, and overall well-being in our community.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks—dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting—follow infection control and safety protocols, assist with laundry, and provide friendly, respectful service while upholding confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Healthcare or senior living experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation and infection control.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, and offices.
• Perform daily tasks including dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and disinfecting.
• Follow infection control and safety protocols.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in organized, safe condition.
• Report maintenance or repair needs promptly.
• Assist with laundry services as needed.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
