Responsibilities

• Clean floors, dust, remove trash, mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments and public spaces.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, logging cleaning activities as required.
• Interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.

Responsibilities

• Housekeepers clean floors, dust, remove trash, wet mop, wax and disinfect resident apartments, restrooms and public use spaces. Cleaning can include vacuuming, shampooing and deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.
• Respond to resident room emergencies, and log cleaning activities as required.
• Housekeepers also interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
