Grand Village Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a part-time housekeeper to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents in Grandville, MI. Responsibilities include cleaning resident rooms, common areas, and facilities, following schedules, and supporting laundry duties.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under minimal supervision while delivering excellent resident service.

Responsibilities

• Clean, disinfect and straighten resident rooms, work areas and common spaces according to cleaning schedule.
• Clean carpets, furniture and draperies with vacuum cleaner or shampooer.
• Sweep, scrub and polish hard floors using broom, mop or power scrubber.
• Dust and polish furniture and metalwork; wash windows sills and doors.
• Move and straighten furniture; collect, wash, dry, fold and distribute laundry.
• Empty wastebaskets and properly dispose of trash.
• Promote positive relationships with residents, staff and visitors.
• Perform other duties as requested within scope of responsibility.

8am 4pm Part Time Responsible to provide a clean environment for residents

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
