Job summary

LifePoint Health's Rock Springs facility is hiring a full-time Housekeeper to maintain a sanitary, safe environment and support patient care.

You will clean patient rooms, change linens, remove trash, stock supplies, and ensure carts and equipment are kept in good condition while adhering to isolation policies. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a mission to make communities healthier.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Previous clinical housekeeping experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• A Housekeeper creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the facility.
• Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.
• Follows policies and procedures on patient isolation.
• Stocks paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.
• Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.

How you'll contribute

A Housekeeper creates a sanitary, safe environment and enhances the appearance of the facility.

Cleans patient rooms and other assigned areas daily, including collecting and removing trash, changing bed linens and sanitizing all surfaces.

Follows policies and procedures on patient isolation.

Stocks paper items and other supplies in patient rooms as necessary or designated.

Maintains cart and equipment in clean, working condition and stores in appropriate storage area when finished with shift.

Non-Essential Functions

Review and comply with LifePoint Code of Conduct and all relevant Company and Division policies and procedures.
