Job summary

Webbs Reserve in Babcock Ranch, FL, is seeking a driven Housekeeper to join our hospitality-focused property. You will perform daily cleaning across the operation including the guard house, amenities complex, and golf course facilities, contributing to a clean, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily cleaning for all operations including guard house, amenities complex, golf course stations, and maintenance facilities.
• Performs light to heavy cleaning: windows, furniture, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor care, and trash disposal.
• Identifies and reports weekly supplies needs to supervisor.
• Adheres to safe work practices in performance of duties.
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you'll contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.

Responsibilities:

• Provides daily cleaning for all the operation including but not limited to the Guard House, full amenities complex, golf course comfort stations and golf course maintenance facilities.
• Perform light cleaning and heaving cleaning including but not limited to window washing, furniture polishing, dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, floor cleaning and polishing, and emptying of trash cans and ashtrays.
• Identifies and reports to supervisor weekly supplies order.
• Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as required.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one-month related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.

Working Conditions:

• Frequently stands, walks, and sits.
• Regularly uses hands, pushes, pulls, reaches with arms and hands, talks, and listens.
• Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, and crouches.
• Regularly lifts up to 25 pounds and occasionally lifts up to 50 pounds.
• Occasionally works in outdoor weather conditions.
• Frequently works with cleaning supplies and chemicals.
• Noise level is moderate.
