Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR, a premier retirement community, is seeking dependable Housekeepers to maintain cleanliness and comfort for residents, staff, and guests.

You will perform cleaning of resident apartments and common areas, handle linens and waste, and support with deep cleaning as needed. A positive attitude and reliability are essential, with a focus on safe, courteous service in a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Professional communication with residents and staff.
• Physical ability to perform housekeeping duties.
• Experience in housekeeping is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and disinfect surfaces.
• Clean high-dust areas such as ceiling fans, ledges, cabinets, and appliances.
• Respond promptly to spills and sanitation needs.
• Safely handle linens, trash, supplies, and infectious waste.
• Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as needed.
• Provide friendly, professional service to residents, visitors, and fellow team members.

What You’ll Do

As a Housekeeper, you will help maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort throughout our community by:

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning high-dust areas such as ceiling fans, ledges, cabinets, and appliances
