Job summary

Butterfield Trail Village in Fayetteville, AR is seeking dependable Housekeepers to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff at our premier retirement community.

This full-time role includes cleaning apartments, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens; dusting, vacuuming, mopping, disinfecting; and assisting with deep cleaning and special projects. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Reliable and dependable attendance.

• Professional and courteous communication skills.
• Physical ability to perform routine housekeeping duties.
• Previous housekeeping experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and sanitizing resident apartments, common areas, bathrooms, kitchens, and living spaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces
• Cleaning high-dust areas such as ceiling fans, ledges, cabinets, and appliances
• Responding promptly to spills and sanitation needs
• Safely handling linens, trash, supplies, and infectious waste
• Assisting with deep cleaning and special projects as needed
• Providing friendly, professional service to residents, visitors, and fellow team members
