Job Title: Housekeeper
The primary responsibilities of the Housekeeper involve maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of each apartment. The Housekeeper will also support other maintenance and property team members as directed to ensure efficient property management.
Requirements
- Must meet all physical requirements and be able to follow directions
- Knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use and maintenance of cleaning tools and chemicals, including mops, brooms, vacuum cleaners, window squeegees, scrubbers, small ladders, screwdrivers, and other hand tools
Responsibilities
- Clean the office and restrooms daily
- Maintain models and show units
- Clean all vacant apartments as directed by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
- Ensure vacancies are fresh and odorless
- Maintain laundry facilities, clubrooms, and amenities (if applicable)
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely
- Manage supply inventory and request supplies as needed
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the Property Manager or Assistant Property Manager
