Oakmont Management Group's Escondido Hills community is seeking a friendly Housekeeper to clean resident apartments and public spaces, and to handle resident laundry in a caring, respectful manner.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and compassionate service to an elderly resident population, with requirements including a minimum age of 18, a high school diploma, and ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Prefer prior housekeeping or janitorial experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact and communicate effectively with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and their families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• For health and safety, vaccination, daily screening and PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Clean all resident apartments, as directed.
• Clean all public areas, common areas, and work areas as directed.
• Complete community and resident laundry and ironing, as assigned.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for all staff, residents, and guests, following established safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork through cooperative interactions with co-workers and other departments.

The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning all resident apartments, public areas, common areas, and work areas and doing laundry for both the residents and the community in a friendly, courteous manner, in accordance with the company�s mission, vision, and values.
