Job description

Description

Housekeepers are responsible for cleaning floors, dusting, removing trash, wet mopping, waxing, and disinfecting resident apartments, restrooms, and public spaces. Their duties include vacuuming, shampooing, deodorizing carpets, and cleaning surfaces throughout the community.

They respond to resident room emergencies and log cleaning activities as required. Housekeepers also interact with residents and guests in a friendly and courteous manner.

The base pay range will be determined based on skills and experience. The role is eligible for team-based bonus opportunities.
