Job summary

Stonemark is seeking a cleaning professional to prepare model apartments for viewing and maintain common areas at our Florida site. You will clean units thoroughly, stock bathroom supplies, and assist with grounds maintenance as needed.

The role requires the ability to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and work independently with excellent people skills. Prior housekeeping experience is a plus, and a high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Education, Training and Experience: High school education preferred; one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Requirements

Abilities and Aptitudes: Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move 50 pounds. Frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
