Decatur Wellness & Rehabilitation Center in Decatur, Tennessee, seeks a compassionate Environmental Services Housekeeper to join our care team. You’ll support residents by maintaining clean, safe living spaces and following infection control policies.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma or GED; prior long-term care experience is preferred. We offer DailyPay, PTO, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team.

• Previous long-term care experience preferred.
• Experience with infection control policies is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure daily and deep cleaning schedules are followed.
• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene; adhere to infection control policies and use PPE correctly.
• Ensure equipment is used safely and report defects to the Environmental Services Director.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director and/or Administrator.
• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information (PHI).

Environmental Services Housekeeper Position Summary

As an EVS Housekeeper at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

• Ensure the daily and deep cleaning schedules are adhered to.

• Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and hygiene and always adhere to infection control policies, using the correct PPE.

• Ensure all equipment is correctly and safely used and report any defects to the Environmental Services Director.

• Carries out other duties as assigned by the Environmental Services Director and/or Administrator.

• Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.

Environmental Services Housekeeper Requirements

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous long-term care experience preferred
