Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a dedicated HOUSEKEEPER to support residents in a caring, secure environment focused on hospitality and dignity. You will participate in a team-based setting, perform routine housekeeping tasks, and adapt to resident preferences to maintain a high-quality living space.

The role emphasizes pride in service, reliability, and a respectful attitude as you help create a comfortable home for seniors with daily activities and wellness needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Morning Pointe team to build relationships with residents and families.
• Perform weekly housekeeping services for residents including changing linens and making the bed.
• Vacuuming and mopping of floors.
• Kitchen and bathroom cleaning.
• Dusting and polishing.
• Get to know the personal cleaning preferences of our residents.
• Keep common spaces clean and presentable.
• Remove waste from common areas regularly.
• Work safely by following regulations and procedures.

Housekeepers are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Housekeepers participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Housekeeper can include:

1. Work with the Morning Pointe team to build relationships with residents and families
